DelARF’s current Contracting Partners through the State Use Program contracts are: Chimes, Connections, Easter Seals, Goodwill, and ServiceSource. DelARF membership is required for participation in the State Use Program as a subcontractor of DelARF. Membership is open to private organizations providing direct rehabilitation services to people with disabilities in Delaware. Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRP’s) must submit a completed “DelARF Membership Agreement” and must be a DelARF member in good standing, have CARF accreditation, and be a qualified rehabilitation facility, in order to become a subcontractor who is eligible for set-aside contracts held by DelARF under the State Use Program.
DelARF members who meet the eligibility requirements for participation in State Use are invited to collaborate with DelARF’s business development team to develop services to offer the various agencies of the state. The process for developing, implementing, and maintaining a service contract typically consists of four stages – research, set aside proposal, solicitation, and contract award.
